The handmade covers of the photo albums were originally saris - the traditional wraps of Indian women. In this way, they are sensibly recycled because the proceeds from the sale of their saris contribute to the livelihood of women and their families. Each book is therefore individual and contains a small story of its former sari wearer. The paper of the albums is handmade and made from 100 percent recycled cotton - no tropical forest is damaged in this way. We closed the photo albums with a cotton cord.
