Each book is made from strong cow or buffalo leather, washed, dyed, and waxed by hand. Inside, you’ll find high-quality handmade cotton paper (known as deckle-edged or handmade paper), produced without wood pulp, chlorine, or harmful chemicals.

Every leather book is a true one-of-a-kind. Variations in color, leather texture, or embossed patterns are natural and highlight its handmade origin. Many covers feature traditional Indian motifs, leather braiding, or embedded gemstones.

Handmade Paper – Sustainable Craftsmanship with Tradition

The handmade paper used in our albums and notebooks is produced using centuries-old Indian papermaking techniques. Today, this traditional craft is mostly practiced in family-run workshops in Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh.

The paper is made from cotton textile waste, which is soaked, beaten to a pulp, hand-scooped, pressed, and sun-dried. For decorative effects, natural elements such as flower petals, grasses, or straw are added—often rose petals, marigold, cornflower, or Aster petals.

The result is a durable, eco-friendly paper with a beautiful texture, ideal for writing, sketching, and photo mounting.
